Media Specialist for Dermocosmetics and Personal Care

About the role

The Media Specialist will report to the Marketing Director and lead media strategy and activation for Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetics and Personal Care brands in Greece. You will work closely with Brand Activation Managers and media agencies to define, execute, measure, and optimise paid media and advocacy campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define pure media and advocacy strategies, investment plans and media mix in line with brand objectives and global guidelines.
• Support Brand Activation Managers in operational media plan management, localisation of media content and coordination with agencies.
• Lead relationships with media and advocacy agencies, overseeing onboarding, KPI setting, execution quality and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with the IBU Digital Leader and global Consumer & Patient Activation teams to ensure alignment with global media guidelines.
• Measure media performance, produce reports and insights, and propose optimisation recommendations to local and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of media experience in a client or agency role, preferably in beauty or dermocosmetics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Excel and presentation tools.
• Knowledge of media platforms and paid, owned, earned media channels.
• Experience in media performance evaluation and reporting.
