Brand Activation Manager for Eau Thermale Avène in Greece

About the role

The Brand Activation Manager (BAM) will lead the implementation of omnichannel marketing activities for the Eau Thermale Avène brand in Greece. You will design and execute B2C, B2B2C and B2B activations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity, values and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the local 360° omnichannel strategy, creating activation plans for both offline and online channels.
• Prepare and monitor monthly sales and advertising budgets, ensuring targets for market share, sales and spend are met.
• Develop B2C media strategy together with the Media Specialist and manage implementation with media agencies.
• Produce master kits for offline B2C promotions and B2B activations, collaborating with retail, shopper and HCP activation managers.
• Coordinate content creation for paid, owned and earned media, ensuring consistency with corporate guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics (sell‑out, market share, ROI) and adjust actions based on data and competitive insights.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, product or trade marketing, preferably in beauty or dermocosmetics.
• Experience with B2C media management and coordination with media agencies.
• Advanced English; French is an advantage.
