Events Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Events team within PwC Greece’s Go‑to‑Market department seeks an Events Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end planning and delivery of corporate physical and online events, sponsorships, and network activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and evaluate events ensuring alignment with brand standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external suppliers (venues, catering, A/V, printing) for seamless event operations.
• Maintain an overview of market events and competitor activities, updating the event calendar.
• Develop event budgets, monitor costs and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
• Produce branded materials (invitations, agendas, banners, giveaways) in collaboration with the Brand team.
• Measure event effectiveness and report insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in events coordination or management.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with ability to anticipate issues.
• Excellent project management, attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
• Curious and analytical attitude towards market trends and data.
