AI Creative Technologist

About the role

Interweave is seeking an AI Creative Technologist to blend creative intuition with deep AI fluency. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to prototype and ship AI‑powered tools, agents, and workflows that reshape strategy, copy, design, and production.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with creative directors, strategists, copywriters and designers to prototype AI‑driven experiences such as brand‑voice agents and generative campaigns.
• Design and deliver multi‑step agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and evaluation loops that ensure factual accuracy and brand consistency.
• Build internal tooling—including brand‑brain assistants, copy‑critique loops and asset‑generation pipelines—to amplify agency output.
• Write and maintain production‑ready code in Python and/or TypeScript, using Git/GitHub and command‑line tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years in advertising, design, production or product environments; agency experience is a strong plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating real AI applications in writing, design, video or interactive work with measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience shipping at least one AI‑powered tool, agent or workflow.
• Curious mindset, honest about AI limits, and comfortable with rapid change.

Required skills

• Python and/or TypeScript at a working level.
• Git, GitHub, command‑line, basic deployment (e.g., Vercel, Replit, Modal).
• Experience with LLMs and agents (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Ollama) and frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Prompt and context engineering, RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, pgvector).
• Creative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs).
• Adobe Creative Suite, Figma; web development knowledge (Next.js, React) is a plus.
