About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to Booking.com guests and partners in the tourism industry.
• Assist travelers with booking modifications, cancellations, and inquiries regarding their accommodations.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication in Slovak.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex reservation issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on travel policies and tourism market trends.
• Use proprietary tourism‑tech software to manage bookings and documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for training and internal communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for working in Greece).
• Strong passion for the tourism industry and customer experience excellence.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to multitask.
• Positive, professional attitude.
