German‑Speaking Client Support & Sales Specialist – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking professional to join our Athens team, providing customer service, technical support and sales for telecommunications products. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with billing, account and service issues, and promoting relevant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound calls and email, handling billing, account and technical service inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products or services and support cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Process account, contract and service‑related requests and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Document interactions accurately and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent German (minimum C1) and English at B2 level for internal communication.
• Excellent verbal communication, strong customer orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, performance‑oriented environment and able to identify sales opportunities.

What we offer

• €1,300 gross monthly salary paid over 14 months.
• Sales bonus up to €900 gross per quarter, productivity bonus up to €240, and transportation bonus up to €100 per month.
• Full relocation package: flight, airport pick‑up, two weeks hotel stay and assistance with long‑term accommodation.
• Comprehensive paid training (2 weeks Customer Care, 1‑2 weeks Sales) and an 8‑month fixed‑term contract with extension possibility.
• Dynamic international work environment in Athens with rotating shifts (08:00‑00:00).
