Slovak Customer Service Representative in Athens

About the role

We are seeking a Slovak‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑growing international technology company’s support team in Athens. You will help users of a digital platform manage their online presence by providing friendly, solution‑focused assistance across chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound Slovak‑language enquiries via chat, email and phone.
• Provide accurate support for product, billing and account questions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through step‑by‑step solutions.
• Escalate complex or technical problems to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolved.
• Educate users on platform features and best practices.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and manage tickets efficiently.
• Collect user feedback and relay it to product and development teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Native‑level Slovak and professional proficiency in English (B2+).
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or contact‑centre experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems patiently.
• Based in Athens or willing to relocate; occasional travel may be required.
