Skills Consultant

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Skills Consultant to implement the learning delivery strategy and roll out learning programs across the Commercial & Professional Skills family. You will work closely with expertise areas, L&P business partners and stakeholders to address new skill requests and ensure effective program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted learning programs in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Manage vendor, supply‑chain and stakeholder relationships during program delivery.
• Monitor program success through experience, quality, learning transfer and business impact metrics.
• Track and report on mandatory and high‑risk training completion.
• Analyse data and feedback to continuously improve learning interventions.

Required profile

• Strong project and data management abilities.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Professional qualifications and robust online presence within relevant communities.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
