Human Resources Generalist

About the role

ANFARM Hellas SA is seeking an HR Generalist to support the day‑to‑day operation of the HR function at its manufacturing facility in Schimatari. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, offering the chance to work across a broad range of HR activities in a GMP‑compliant pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and CV screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding and manage employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and timely HR administration.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and HR systems with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide day‑to‑day employee services and resolve HR matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Assist in planning, administering, and recording training activities.
• Prepare HR data, reports and KPI information, and support HR policy implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Life Sciences or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, including recruitment and HR administration.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Greek employment legislation and strong organizational skills.
