Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are a joint venture between Bouygues Batiment International and AKTOR building the Riviera Tower in Ellinikon, Greece. The 50‑storey, 200 m high landmark will be the tallest building in the country, and we are seeking a Site Engineer to support its construction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, technical specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Manage work crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient site operations.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and prepare detailed technical and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works follow approved plans and engineering standards.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, including HSE, financial, and contractual aspects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction site management.
• Ability to work on‑site in Ellinikon, Athens, Greece.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in English.
