About the role
We are hiring a Senior Project Architect to lead residential projects from concept through detailed design, permitting and construction documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative architectural concepts that integrate design quality, functionality and compliance with Greek building regulations, including NOK.
- Prepare and coordinate building permit applications and liaise with the relevant authorities.
- Produce detailed designs, architectural details and construction documentation.
- Lead projects, coordinate consultants and communicate with clients throughout all design stages.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong concept design skills and ability to develop residential projects through detailed documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Greek building regulations, including NOK, and hands‑on experience with permitting procedures.
- Excellent organisational, coordination and communication skills.
