Project Designer

About the role

The Project Designer will work on‑site in Elefsina, creating detailed designs for security and communication systems from concept through construction documentation. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to ensure solutions meet architectural plans and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review construction drawings and technical design details for security and communication installations.
• Prepare and manage submittals, coordinating documentation with project stakeholders.
• Perform space planning and layout design to integrate devices within architectural environments.
• Participate in project meetings, provide technical input during design reviews and support the implementation phase by clarifying design intent.

Required profile

• Degree in architecture, engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience preparing construction drawings, submittals and coordinating design documentation.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards and integration of security components.
• Project management abilities, including scheduling and tracking design deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD/BIM tools.
• Familiarity with security technologies.
• Familiarity with communication technologies.
