Architectural Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Architectural Designer to join the KARPATHIOS Development team. You will contribute to a diverse portfolio of commercial, hospitality and logistics projects, working across the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs and architectural studies for various sectors.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and construction drawings.
• Coordinate project delivery and collaborate with architects, engineers and clients.
• Support BIM coordination and manage federated models where required.
• Ensure compliance with Greek building regulations and KENAK energy performance standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (University or Polytechnic).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating projects of varied scales and typologies.
• High level of creativity, precision and attention to design detail.
• Excellent command of Greek and good command of English, both written and spoken.
