SEO/SEM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

This remote position is aimed at an experienced SEO/SEM professional who will drive organic visibility and optimise paid search performance for a partner company. You will own end‑to‑end search activities, from keyword strategy to technical optimisation and campaign ROI tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, content optimisation, technical fixes and link‑building.
• Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns across major search platforms to maximise acquisition and ROI.
• Analyse website analytics, paid‑search data and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast monthly spend and monitor financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, editorial and marketing teams to embed search best practices.
• Conduct competitor research and A/B or multivariate testing to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in SEO with a solid understanding of ranking factors.
• Demonstrated SEM experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google, Yahoo or Bing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance marketing and conversion optimisation.
