Senior PPC Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior PPC Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts on‑site. The role combines paid search, SEO, influencer collaborations and content creation to drive traffic and improve performance for our e‑commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, including ad copy, bids, CPC, CPA and keyword research.
• Develop and implement PPC strategies based on keyword and competitive analysis.
• Execute and optimise SEO strategies to boost organic visibility.
• Manage influencer marketing relationships and agreements.
• Create digital content, including basic video editing.
• Prepare performance reports with data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyse data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other advertising platforms.
• Structure and manage multi‑channel marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Drive targeted traffic and improve overall website performance.

Required profile

• University or College degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Expert knowledge of PPC best practices and optimisation techniques.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of keyword analysis, conversion tracking and landing‑page optimisation.
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and stay organised.
• Professional, articulate and presentable.
• Fulfilled military obligations where applicable.
