E-commerce Specialist

About the role

Domes Resorts is expanding its portfolio of luxury hotels and needs a results‑driven E‑commerce Specialist to grow direct digital bookings. You will manage paid campaigns, support website performance and ensure accurate analytics across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and travel platforms such as TripAdvisor, Booking.com Sponsored Placements and Expedia TravelAds.
• Track budgets, pacing, ROAS and conversion performance at hotel level and make data‑led optimisations.
• Monitor e‑commerce KPIs (bookings, revenue, conversion rate, traffic, cost) and produce performance reports for the commercial team.
• Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels and UTM structures, validating data across platforms.
• Support day‑to‑day performance of hotel websites and booking engines, including offers, landing pages and conversion journeys.
• Maintain digital touchpoints such as Google Business Profiles and TripAdvisor profiles.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Sales, Reservations, agencies and technology partners to deliver campaigns on time.
• Assist with new hotel openings, seasonal launches and tactical campaigns, conducting competitor and market analysis.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers, budgets and performance metrics.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple hotels, campaigns and deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented approach to data accuracy, tracking and reporting.
• Proactive communication and collaboration skills with commercial awareness.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager for web analytics and conversion tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI for reporting.
