Senior PPC Manager – Digital Marketing (On‑Site)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior PPC Manager to lead our paid‑search and performance‑marketing initiatives. You will work in a collaborative, on‑site environment where creativity and initiative are highly valued, helping to drive traffic, conversions and overall e‑commerce growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, manage and continuously optimise Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other PPC campaigns, including ad copy, bids, CPC, CPA and keyword research.
• Develop data‑driven PPC strategies based on competitive and keyword analysis.
• Execute SEO tactics to improve organic visibility and support overall traffic goals.
• Manage influencer marketing relationships and agreements.
• Create digital content, including basic video editing, to support campaigns.
• Prepare performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Analyse data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other advertising platforms.
• Coordinate multi‑channel marketing and advertising initiatives to drive targeted traffic and improve website performance.

Required profile

• University or College degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail‑orientation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional, articulate and presentable with solid teamwork and communication skills.
• Fulfilled military obligations where applicable.
