Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to combine account management, content creation and digital campaign oversight, supporting client relationships and our marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with sales, design and technical teams to deliver effective marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage communication and relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Support sales follow-ups, proposals and new business opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate marketing and social media activities.
• Create and manage content for social media, website, newsletters and campaigns.
• Support the setup and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage business social media accounts and coordinate posts, creatives and campaign material.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the sales, design and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, account management or a similar role.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, content creation and digital campaigns.
• Familiarity with managing business social media accounts and advertising platforms such as Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager.
• Ability to write clear and engaging content in Greek and English.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset and good understanding of how marketing supports business growth.
• Proactive attitude, creativity, teamwork and willingness to learn.
