Marketing Coordinator – Athens/Thessaloniki

About the role

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in executing Noisis' marketing initiatives, supporting the company's growth, brand positioning, and digital presence. The position offers high visibility, ownership across multiple areas, and close collaboration with leadership and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising on Google Ads and other channels, focusing on performance, efficiency and ROI.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, identifying actionable improvement opportunities.
• Develop and continuously improve the end‑to‑end lead generation funnel, spotting gaps and optimisation chances.
• Coordinate collaborations with external agencies, digital marketing providers and other service partners.
• Manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, including content creation, segmentation and performance tracking.
• Support website maintenance on WordPress, ensuring content relevance and alignment with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital, performance or brand marketing, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to evaluate marketing proposals and make data‑driven investment decisions.
• Strong analytical thinking with the capacity to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, fluency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience managing email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
• Basic WordPress website management, including page updates and content editing.
