Marketing Manager

About the role

The client, a leading organization in the automotive industry, seeks a hands‑on Marketing Manager who will drive integrated marketing communications, digital campaigns and content creation. You will collaborate with brand and product managers, internal stakeholders and external agencies to strengthen brand presence and deliver engaging customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and coordinate production of marketing assets such as brochures, videos, presentations, POS materials and digital advertising.
• Create engaging website, social media, newsletter and campaign content in both Greek and English.
• Manage website updates and coordinate social media activities.
• Support product launches, events, exhibitions and other promotional initiatives.
• Oversee CRM and email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement, retention and lead nurturing.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare post‑campaign reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital or content marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills in Greek and English.
• Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and working with creative, media or production agencies.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder communication and attention to detail.
