Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The expert will manage knowledge, produce editorial and communication material, and increase the visibility of policy and technical content across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage knowledge assets and digital knowledge platforms related to the Africa‑EU space partnership.
• Produce editorial content, case studies, policy briefs and visibility material in line with EU donor requirements.
• Coordinate communication activities, including media outreach and stakeholder engagement, to raise the profile of the partnership.
• Support the dissemination of technical and policy information through newsletters, webinars and online portals.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or a related field.
• Minimum three years professional experience in communication, editorial production or digital content management.
• At least one year experience creating donor‑funded or institutional knowledge and communication products, preferably with policy or technical focus.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French or Portuguese is an asset.
