Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role will focus on mobilising stakeholders, organising institutional events, running innovation competitions and facilitating B2B/B2G matchmaking across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage a wide range of stakeholders from academia, industry, government and NGOs within the Africa‑EU space sector.
• Plan, coordinate and execute institutional events, workshops and outreach activities.
• Design and manage innovation competitions and challenge programmes.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking sessions to promote partnerships and investment.
• Maintain stakeholder maps and engagement records to track outreach effectiveness.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum one year of experience specifically in institutional events, stakeholder outreach, innovation competitions, challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking.
