Senior Software Engineer

About the role

Indeavor is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain full‑stack product capabilities for complex workforce operations. You will work across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces, focusing on reliability, performance, and clear system behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain full‑stack features using C#.NET Framework, ASP.NET, TypeScript, and React.
• Develop software supporting scheduling, absence management, compliance, and workforce operations.
• Work with relational databases and data‑driven features.
• Improve reliability, performance, maintainability, and testability of existing systems.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute pragmatic architecture decisions.
• Write clean, efficient, well‑tested code and conduct code reviews.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with C#.NET Framework, and ASP.NET; familiarity with modern .NET/.NET 10 is a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining full‑stack web applications.
• Solid understanding of OOP, architecture, design principles, and web patterns.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and performance‑improvement skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
