About the role

Kyndryl is seeking a Network Services Intern to join its team in Athens. The internship offers immersive learning programs, mentorship, and hands‑on experience with client projects, helping you build core business and technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze information from multiple sources, identify patterns or risks, and propose practical next steps.
• Assist in building, troubleshooting, and validating changes in tools or systems such as integrations, workflows, scripts, dashboards, or configurations.
• Collaborate with teammates across functions and regions to coordinate handoffs, meet shared deadlines, and deliver on commitments.
• Communicate progress clearly, raise blockers early, incorporate feedback, and adjust work based on stakeholder needs.
• Follow established processes, quality standards, and workplace norms, ensuring punctuality, responsiveness, and accountability.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a university qualification.
• Basic analytical and critical‑thinking skills to assess information and propose solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to document work and ask clarifying questions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow structured processes and deliver accurate, high‑quality outputs.
