About the role

The Senior SEO & GEO Strategist will lead organic search initiatives for a portfolio of ecommerce brands, driving sustainable revenue growth. You will shape emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) services while collaborating with account managers, developers, content creators, and designers.

Key responsibilities

Develop and own comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives for multiple ecommerce clients.
Create prioritized roadmaps that integrate technical SEO, content development, authority building, UX improvements and conversion optimisation.
Identify high‑value opportunities across product, category, collection, editorial and comparison pages.
Conduct in‑depth SEO audits covering technical health, information architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, rendering, duplicate content, canonicalisation, pagination, faceted navigation, redirects and site migrations.
Analyse performance data from GA4, Search Console, ecommerce platforms and rank‑tracking tools to diagnose ranking, traffic, conversion and revenue shifts.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure implementation.
Contribute to Hustler Marketing’s internal SEO, GEO and AEO initiatives, supporting lead generation and methodology development.

Required profile

Proven senior‑level experience in ecommerce SEO and technical optimisation.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into strategic actions.
Excellent communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Track record of delivering measurable organic revenue growth.
