Senior SAP IT Project Manager

About the role

The Senior SAP IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and closure of complex SAP IT projects across the Motor Oil Group. You will ensure projects deliver business value while meeting cost, schedule and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full SAP project lifecycle from demand intake to delivery, defining scope, goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the main communication hub, providing updates via ServiceNow PPM, facilitating stakeholder meetings and producing regular progress reports.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability and professional growth.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, manage change initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, assign responsibilities and ensure alignment with vendor project management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, including SAP ERP implementations.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred; ITIL, Agile or Scrum certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• SAP ERP implementation expertise.
• Project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA and Trello.
• Knowledge of SDLC, cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Methodologies: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, Scrum.
