Senior Project Manager – FinTech

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex banking and investment technology programmes for a leading international FinTech client. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale banking and investment technology projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, stakeholders and external partners.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures, baselines and governance artefacts.
• Manage risks, dependencies, change requests and project finances throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive project governance, reporting and documentation in line with best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients, finance teams and internal business units.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in Banking, Financial Services, Investment Management or FinTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise software implementations.
• Excellent client‑facing, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; PMP, PMI‑ACP or equivalent certifications are a plus.
