Solution Architect – Infrastructure (AI Cloud Platform)

About the role

Quento Technologies S.A. is looking for a highly motivated Solution Architect (Infrastructure) to join its Architecture team. You will design and govern infrastructure for a large‑scale private AI cloud platform, working closely with Platform Engineering, Operations, Security and Project teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end infrastructure and platform architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs, architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Define infrastructure standards, reference architectures and design principles.
• Review and validate designs, implementation plans and technical deliverables.
• Support sizing, capacity planning and technology selection for AI and GPU workloads.
• Participate in architecture governance, technical design reviews and change advisory activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering.
• 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Infrastructure Architect or Technical Lead role.
• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale private cloud and AI platforms.

Required skills

• Canonical OpenStack and Canonical Kubernetes.
• Ubuntu Server / Linux, networking and storage fundamentals (Ceph desirable).
• Virtualization, high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, MAAS, Juju.
• Monitoring and observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch/Loki.
• Security and identity solutions: Keycloak, Vault, PAM, SIEM.
• NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and AI platform architecture.
• Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD pipelines.
