Senior IT Project Manager – Global eQMS Consolidation (Pharma)

About the role

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a global eQMS consolidation and transformation program in the pharmaceutical sector. The role will harmonize five existing quality management platforms into a single, scalable Veeva‑based solution across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end global eQMS consolidation program, transitioning from multiple legacy systems to a unified Veeva platform.
• Manage the program roadmap across Technical Readiness, Scale, and Enhance phases.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities among Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision‑making across workstreams.
• Drive technical and organizational readiness for multi‑site implementation, including system integrations and migrations from TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across global and local teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing eQMS projects end‑to‑end within GxP‑regulated pharmaceutical environments.
• Strong hands‑on IT Project Management experience covering requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hyper‑care, and vendor coordination.
• Solid understanding of quality processes such as Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Experience with Computer System Validation (CSV) and successful delivery of global SaaS implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi‑site rollouts.
• Fluent English and legal right to work in the country of residence in Europe.
