Senior Business Consultant

About the role

Uni Systems is looking for a Senior Business Consultant to join its UniQue team and help turn digital visions into reality. You will work closely with banking clients on payment solutions, ensuring requirements are captured, documented and delivered with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather and analyse payment‑related requirements.
• Conduct workshops and seminars tailored to client needs.
• Document requirements comprehensively and collaborate with data engineers, developers and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project progress, ensure alignment among all parties and resolve dependencies.
• Maintain high product quality and provide continuous support for software solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least five years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in banking payment solutions.
• In‑depth knowledge of local and international payment systems (SEPA, SEPA Inst, Target2, SWIFT).
• Excellent English communication skills and strong customer‑service orientation.
