Senior Associate – Legal Services

About the role

Linardakis & Partners Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Athens office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the firm’s corporate and litigation practice for major local and multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of legal matters, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and draft high‑quality legal documents.
• Provide clear legal advice to partners and clients on corporate, M&A and commercial transactions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, handling litigation and courtroom activities.
• Collaborate closely with partners to develop strategies that meet client objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of active legal experience, including courtroom and litigation work.
• Strong knowledge of the Greek legal system and regulations.
• Experience in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and commercial transactions.
• Law degree and a postgraduate qualification from an accredited institution.
• Fluency in both English and Greek.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
