Seasonal Bar Waiter – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join The Rooster, a boutique wellbeing resort on the magical island of Antiparos, as a Bar Waiter for the 2027 season. You will be an essential part of a team dedicated to delivering memorable, high‑quality service to an international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Serve drinks and light fare to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the bar area, complying with health regulations.
• Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) software for order entry, payment processing, and daily reporting.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to uphold menu standards and timely service.
• Support teammates in achieving collective goals and uphold the resort’s hospitality philosophy.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a bar or restaurant waiter.
• Fluent English with a pleasant, polite, and friendly demeanor.
• Professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to adapt to demanding situations.
• Willingness to live on‑site and represent the resort’s values to guests and the wider community.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS or similar service software.
