SAP ABAP Developer (Senior-Lead)

Its SAP department is a premier SAP partner and integrator in the EMEA market, covering hardware procurement, SAP licenses and customised services, and uses SAP BTP, S/4HANA, ISU and IS-OIL across sectors such as consumer goods, education, utilities, telcos and banking. The SAP ABAP Developer (Senior-Lead) is based in Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs to support business needs.
• Work on custom developments, enhancements and interfaces across SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PS, PM, etc.).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement SAP best practices and innovative solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Take part in pre-sales activities: analyse prospects' development needs and define project objectives, scope and sizing.
• Mentor and coach technical teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development (Senior) or 8+ years (Lead).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in writing and understanding functional and technical specifications.

Required skills

• SAP ABAP: ABAP OO, ALV reports, enhancements (BADI, user exits), SmartForms, Adobe Forms.
• SAP S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 development.
• Plus: SAP Workflow, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP.
