Sales Point Supervisor – Lead Sales Team

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Point Supervisor to lead our sales team in Thessaloniki. In this role you will ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth for Spotawheel’s high‑tech used‑car platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience by understanding needs, building relationships and providing effective solutions.
• Resolve complex customer issues or escalations as required.
• Achieve sales targets, quotas and overall business goals.
• Analyze and report on sales performance and KPIs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Recruit, train and retain customer‑focused sales personnel.
• Provide strong leadership, set clear expectations, mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Spotawheel’s values, services and market leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer support or client services.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Prior experience managing a team is desirable.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of company services, values and market positioning.
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
