Sales Manager – Oil & Gas

About the role

The Sales Manager – Oil & Gas will grow Mr. Marine's business by offering a range of marine products and services to an assigned customer base, supporting the company's expansion in the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and business development plan aligned with company goals.
• Identify and target potential customers, generate new leads, and expand the customer base.
• Drive increase in RFQs by actively promoting products and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain regular customer meetings, report outcomes, and plan follow‑up actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, technical and finance teams for cohesive sales efforts.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of sales or account management experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably marine services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• High‑level education and experience in a service‑oriented environment (maritime, engineering, procurement or construction).
• Willingness to travel, including visits to West Africa and other locations.

Required skills

• Strong affinity with technical sales.
• Excellent business English (reading, writing and presentation).
• Effective problem‑solving and conflict management abilities.
