Junior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Sales Executive to manage the renewal cycle for our existing maritime clients. You will act as the bridge between customers and our Operations team, ensuring vessels receive timely renewal quotes and orders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ERP/CRM to identify vessels with expiring certificates and proactively contact customers.
• Convert expiry reminders into confirmed RFQs, validate technical details and hand over clean tickets to Operations.
• Follow up on quotations, handle objections, negotiate within limits and chase purchase orders to maximize conversion.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, map decision‑makers and keep vessel and contact information up to date.

Required profile

• Experience in inside sales, marine coordination or aftermarket services is preferred.
• Familiarity with the maritime industry, vessels, ports and class certificates.
• Excellent English communication, commercial mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Customer‑focused, problem‑solver, collaborative and adaptable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems for tracking and data management.
• Ability to handle multiple vessel quotes simultaneously without detail loss.
