Sales Development Representative – Hospitality (HO.RE.CA)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our hospitality team. In this “hunter” role you will generate new business opportunities, qualify leads and support the sales pipeline for our HO.RE.CA clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold‑calling and outreach to key decision‑makers.
• Generate and qualify leads, managing them through the CRM system.
• Develop customized solutions that address clients’ bottom‑line needs.
• Stay informed on market trends, competition and industry developments.
• Track progress toward sales targets and report results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a high‑performance environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong presentation, time‑management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM software to manage leads and activities.
