Sales Associate / Sales Representative – Thessaloniki

About the role

Karanikolas & Partners is seeking a motivated Sales Associate / Sales Representative to drive business growth in Thessaloniki. You will focus on expanding the client base and building strong industry connections, primarily working in the field with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B and B2C clients to grow the customer base.
• Build and maintain a professional network and long‑lasting business relationships.
• Schedule and attend daily face‑to‑face meetings and client appointments.
• Present and promote engineering services, assess client needs, and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Monitor local market trends, track competitor activity, and uncover new business opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in engineering, construction, or technical services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
