Sales Assistant – 12‑Month Temporary Full‑Time (Thessaloniki)

About the role

Join adidas, a leading sports brand, as a Sales Assistant in a factory/mega outlet in Thessaloniki. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the brand’s values and helping to drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management.
• Act as a role model for customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
• Train selected team members on service skills and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and in‑store communication.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish stock, and handle cash register transactions accurately.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment with strong selling skills.
• Good understanding of store KPIs and ability to use tools to interpret them.
• Effective customer service and communication abilities.
• Team player, resilient, eager to learn and curious.
