Senior Sales Clinical Account Specialist – Biosense Webster

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Sales Clinical Account Specialist for Biosense Webster to provide clinical support and drive product sales in the South Greece region. The role combines hands‑on procedural assistance with strategic account development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support to physicians during electrophysiology procedures using Biosense Webster products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Ensure optimal use of advanced EP tools such as the CARTO 3 3D mapping system.
• Deliver clinical trainings, product demonstrations, workshops, and hands‑on sessions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Customer Service).
• Review customer orders, monitor sales performance, and create improvement plans.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in the interventional cardiology device field.
• Strong technical understanding and interest in electrophysiology.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
