Romanian-Speaking Customer Advisor (Athens)

About the role

We are looking for a Romanian‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our fast‑paced contact‑center in Athens. You will provide phone, email and chat support to Romanian‑language clients, ensuring a high‑quality experience while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions in Romanian via phone, email and chat.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, and process routine transactions.
• Maintain accurate case notes and update CRM systems with interaction details.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised teams and collaborate for timely resolutions.
• Contribute to team KPIs and participate in training, quality assurance and calibration sessions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Romanian (C2) and at least B2 level English.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact‑center or retail is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication, numerical literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure and work rotational shifts, including evenings or weekends.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.

Required skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office tools.
