Road Freight Operator (Serbian Speaker)

About the role

OB Streem is looking for a motivated Road Freight Operator who speaks Serbian to join its logistics team in Elefsina, Greece. You will manage end‑to‑end road freight shipments, ensuring they are executed on time, cost‑effectively, and in full compliance with import and export regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify documentation and shipment details to ensure readiness for road freight import/export.
• Coordinate bookings with trucking companies, agents, and correspondents, providing accurate delivery instructions and preparing loading notes.
• Maintain data accuracy in the Orian ERP system.
• Generate and distribute road freight documents such as delivery orders.
• Oversee invoicing related to road freight shipments.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Advanced business writing and oral proficiency in Serbian, English and Greek.
• High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in freight forwarding is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Orian ERP (preferred).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
