About the role

Premier Capital Hellas SA is looking for enthusiastic crew members to join its McDonald’s restaurants in South Athens, covering Alimos, Glyfada, P.Faliro and North Smyrni. As part of a nationwide team, you will help deliver the iconic McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests each day.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a consistent McDonald’s experience.
  • Work rotating shifts throughout the week, adapting to the restaurant’s schedule needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant environment.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule.
  • Team‑oriented mindset.
  • Passion for food.
  • Previous experience in a related field is a plus.
