About the role
Join the Premier Capital Hellas team as a Crew Member at a McDonald’s restaurant in Heraklio, Crete. You will be part of a nationwide network that delivers the iconic McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests every day.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests quickly and courteously, ensuring a consistent McDonald’s experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.
- Work a rotating schedule, covering different shifts during the week.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Good command of English.
- Ability to work on a rotating schedule.
- Team‑oriented mindset and passion for food.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
