Waiter – Luxury Resort (Seasonal)

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Sani/Ikos Group’s award‑winning beachfront resorts in Greece. As a seasonal waiter you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests across locations such as Corfu, Kos, Halkidiki and Crete during the busy March‑November period.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the meal.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to the brand’s service standards.
• Offer basic wine and drink recommendations and coordinate with the sommelier for specialised requests.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and fellow service staff to ensure smooth, timely operations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area while following hygiene and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting, preferably within a hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Hospitality or tourism diploma or degree is advantageous.

Required skills

• Food and beverage service knowledge.
• Basic wine service and beverage recommendation ability.
