Real Estate Tax Advisor

About the role

PwC Greece is seeking a Real Estate Tax Advisor to support a broad range of real estate owners, developers, and investors. You will help clients navigate complex tax matters related to acquisition, ownership, restructuring, and disposal of real estate assets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise institutional and private real estate entities on tax issues arising from transactions and ongoing ownership.
• Analyze tax legislation, administrative guidance, and case law; prepare tax filings, declarations, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in tax due diligence, real estate transaction projects, and calculate objective property values.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and accounting professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or Economics; postgraduate tax qualification or Master’s (LLM) is a strong asset.
• 1‑4 years of experience in a law or consulting firm focusing on real estate taxation.
• Admission to the Athens Bar or another Greek lawyers’ bar.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.

Required skills

• Experience with objective value calculation software.
• Knowledge of E9 returns and ENFIA calculations.
