Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and self‑driven Corporate Lawyer to join our Legal team in Athens as an Associate. You will provide legal support and advice on corporate and commercial matters, draft and review contracts, and liaise with Greek corporate and supervisory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support and advice in corporate and commercial law.
• Draft and review commercial contracts, business documents, and other legal documentation.
• Manage client engagements, preparing proposals, documents and reports.
• Liaise with Greek corporate and supervising authorities and organizations.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of post‑admission experience in a law firm, consulting firm or large in‑house department focusing on corporate and commercial law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a Greek or foreign university; postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Active license to practice law in Greece.
• Excellent written and verbal Greek and English skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with corporate restructurings and transformations (asset).
