Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Domes Resorts is expanding rapidly and needs a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee a cluster of hotels, ensuring the highest brand standards and sustainable practices are consistently applied. Reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will work from the corporate office and travel periodically to properties for audits.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct brand audits and internal inspections across designated hotels.
• Verify compliance with health, safety, hygiene, ISO and HACCP regulations.
• Manage the distribution and correct use of health‑&‑safety, sustainability and brand signage.
• Ensure adherence to local and national legal requirements.
• Prepare and present regular quality performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality quality, compliance or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of international hospitality quality standards (e.g., Marriott, Hilton) and sustainability frameworks.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with corporate teams, hotel staff and external partners.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel periodically to hotel sites.
