About the role
Aluma Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Night Auditor to join its Athens property. You will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, handling check‑ins, reservations and guest requests while ensuring accurate financial reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations.
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
- Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee paychecks.
- Reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer and log receipts.
- Investigate and resolve out‑of‑balance accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing forecasts and audits.
Required profile
- Two or more years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Excellent command of the English language; additional language a plus.
