Front Office Agent – Hotel Reception

About the role

The Front Office Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Aluma Hotels & Resorts in Athens. You will manage all aspects of guest accommodation, from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all check‑in and check‑out procedures and manage online and phone reservations.
• Welcome guests, assign rooms, and verify payment methods and credit‑card data.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and requests.
• Liaise with housekeeping to guarantee rooms are clean, tidy, and fully equipped.
• Confirm group bookings, arrange personalized services for VIP guests and event attendees, and upsell additional facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar front‑office or reception role within the hospitality sector.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
